They then added newer songs not yet in the Praise Hymnal, and also included additional traditional songs not usually found in other hymnals. It is their hope and prayer that this blend of old and new hymns will serve the Lord’s Church for years to come, proving that it’s not what’s old or what’s new that is important, but what’s good!
The hymns are arranged by topic into eighteen sections (see list below). By design, every available space has been maximized to insert hymns. A scripture text has been included at the top of each hymn for you to reference in your Bible. There are indexes for hymn tune names, meters, author and composer, as well as a title and first line index.
